In the Multi Company Manager (MCM) select the Smart card readers tab, click on the Unknown Company Card and then the + button in the bottom left corner will be enabled.

Click on the + button to add the company card to the MCM

Select the proper company to where you want to add the company card and press OK.

Take out the company card and enter the 16 characters company card number.

Put back the company card in the card reader after you have entered the company card number and press OK

If the company card was added successfully to the system then it should appear with the Company and should be green or yellow if a download process has started.
