If the message 'Please Wait' appears on the Tacho2Safe device screen and it's stuck  there than please follow the steps below:

1. Connect the download tool.

2. Go to My Computer - > TACHO2SAFE to access your download tools memory card

3. Copy the DOWNLOAD folder to PC so this way you have a backup of your files

4. Rename the DOWNLOAD folder to DOWNLOAD_OLD

5. Download again the driver card or tachograph
