With the Stoneridge Workshop Tab you need to enter into the CAN parameters on the tachograph and set:
- Remote downloads: Enabled
- Remote download C-CAN: Enabled
- Download visualization: Enabled
- Remote download card writing: Disabled
If the tachograph is a Stoneridge SE5000-8 REV:02 tachograph and has an aftermarket DSRC module then move the DSRC module from the C-CAN line to the C2-CAN line and reconfigure the tachograph settings.
