Using the provided micro USB cable you can connect the Tacho5SAFE device to a free USB port of the PC. While you can access the already downloaded files on device, the device will charge itself from computers USB port.
The Tacho5SAFE device will operate as an external USB disk or memory stick and all files will be accessible trough My computer or This PC on Windows based computers.
