Sometimes when requested by our support personnel we need you to send us the log files stored on the device to successfuly troubleshoot problems which can arise when new tachographs or types of card are released on the market.

All you have to o is connect the device with the provided micro USB cable to a PC and retrieve the log_dta.txt file from the devices Download folder.
