If you get a similar message as the on in the picture below, please update your TachoSAFE Desktop PC application to the latest version and try to process the files until the message will no longer appear. You might have to restart the application several times until all bad files will be recorded as faulty.

Starting from version 3.0.0.26 there is a safety mechanism that prevents processing damaged files if they were already tried for processing and failed.
