To manage your tachograph download period according to your preferences, follow these steps:

Open a web browser and go to www.tachosafe.net.
Sign in with your TachoSafe WEB account.
In the left-hand menu, click on Devices.
Your registered devices will be displayed in the main area of the page.
Choose your preferred download interval by clicking on one of the following options:
1. All data <-- Downloads the entire available data from your tachograph. This may take anywhere from a few minutes to significantly longer, depending on how much data is stored.
2. Automatic <-- Downloads only new data since the last successful download via a TachoSafe-connecte device (Tacho4Safe, Tacho5Safe, Tacho5Safe+, TachoSafe Connect). If this is your first download using one of our devices, it will download all available data.
3. Nr of days <-- Allows you to specify how many days of data to download, counting backward from the current date. After selecting this option, click Save to confirm your choice.
