Symptoms

A user may experience unexpected behavior in TachoSafe Web, such as pages not loading correctly or certain functions not working, even though the platform is operational for other users.

Cause

The issue is caused by corrupted or outdated site data stored by Google Chrome.

Resolution

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to the TachoSafe Web application.
  3. Click the Site information icon (the icon to the left of the address bar).
  4. Open the site settings or site information.
  5. Clear the website's stored data (Site data) or reset the site's permissions/settings.
  6. Reload the page and log in again.

After clearing the site's stored data, the application should work normally.
