Company Card expired, corrupt or not locked to the tachograph.

If you see a similar log message:

This could mean:

  1. The company card is expired: Check if the company card that you are using in the smart card reader if it is expired.
  2. Company card corrupt: This can also happen, but it is not like, if you can download other tachographs with this company card, then the company card is ok.
  3. Company card not locked in to the tachograph: If you have a tachograph download when the unit was mounted then check it out what company card is locked in, or if you can then insert the company card that you are using in the tachograph that you want to download and then the company card will be locked in
