If the device can't be recognized on the USB connector in the Configuration Tool it means probably that it is stuck somewhere in the FW or a FW update was unsuccessful.

You can enter into bootloader mod if you press the download button and connected it to the USB port with the button pressed.

Or if you don't have a cable that has a download button on it mounted you have to make a shortcut on the Black 5x2 pin connector on the opposite side of the led near to the board and the USB connector as seen in the picture and connect it to the USB while this shortcut is in place.

If you did this correctly and the device is still working you should be in bootloader mod and see a similar text output in the Configuration Tol status window. You should see a "Bootloader v2.2 (Apr  7 2020 14:54:32) Redlib" or simmilar message
