You can terminate the RDU contract on the RDU administration website under Settings -> Remote units.
You can enter multiple terminal ID's in the RDU ID field with space separated (1) and press the filter button (2).
Click the terminate contract button (2) after selecting the RDUs for which you want to terminate the contract (1).
Enter the reason why do you want to cancel the contract (3) and press the save button (4)
Enter "Yes" in the text field (5) to confirm the RDU contract cancellation, then click the Yes button (6).
If everything went according to plan, a confirmation dialog should appear.
You should receive an email confirming the cancelation.
