To format the file system of an RDU connect it to the computer with an USB cable and open the TachoSafe RDU Configuration Tool:
- Press the Commands tab
- Press the Format File System button
- Press the Yes button to confirm the file system format. Remember all data will be deleted from the RDU.
- If the format was successful you should see a Format successful message.
- No you have to unplug and reconnect the USB cable.
