Note: GPS tracking can only be enabled by Tachosafe partners.

Step 1: Make Sure the Device is Assigned

Before enabling tracking, please ensure the LTE GPS device is assigned to the end user.

Step 2: Create a User for GPS Tracking

  • Log in to the RDU administration website.
  • Go to GPS Tracking → Users (1).
  • In the top-right corner, click Add User (2).
  • Select the end company (the one where the GPS devices are assigned) and fill in the required details.
  • You can set the same password as the Tachosafe account or create a new one.
  • Click Save when you're done (3).

Step 3: Activate the GPS Unit

  • In the RDU administration website, go to GPS Tracking → Units.
  • Search for the terminal you want to activate.
  • Select the terminals you want to activate (1).
  • Click Change GPS Status button (2).
  • Set the status to Active (3) and press Save button (4).


Step 4: Access the GPS Fleet

The end user can view their fleet in two ways:

  • Log in to the RDU administrator website, click on GPS Tracking → Fleet, and they will be logged in automatically.
